EASTERN ZONE 50 FREE – 1ST PLACE

Eastern Zones 2019 was a great meet for Brendan. Before Zones, Brendan had only ever qualified for the Virginia Swimming Age Group Championships.

Brendan had some amazing swims in the 100 and 200 Backstroke as well as the 100 M Butterfly.

After a disappointing 2nd place in the butterfly, Brendan came back determined to win something and win something he did. He was the Gold Medalist in the 50 M Freestyle, an event that had never before been a standout for him!
